I am trying to find the middle ground but the ups and downs are so drastic. It really has been like that for a long time. Seems the highs are much more often lately but then when you hit a low it is kind of devastating. I find if I don’t have a goal or I am falling behind on goal I hit a low. The good part is I am bouncing back from the lows so quickly. I think that is why the UBBT will be so beneficial for me. With a constant goal in front of me I feel the habits I will form will be invaluable when it comes to success. One great sign is I am finding a comfort zone with my daily push up requirement. I am able to complete 125 pushups a day on regular bases. The days I plan to do 125 PU’s I just do 25 with every meal 5 or six meals a day. Sets of 25 seem manageable.
I hope to start a new modify body for life 12 weeks right away. The routine sure will be welcomed. September really has been a crazy time for change. Oliver has his regular Kung fu class has started school and now on sat. He starts hockey. I am sure we will find some balance in our routine soon. Then just as that happens I am thinking of changing employment again. I think it is better if I just embrace change and unbalance.
